Ski season flex-catered service
The chalet is only available on a ‘sole occupancy’ basis for 2023/4. Our flex-catered chalet service includes:
Breakfast All the goodies are laid out for you to choose: croissants, freshly baked bread, jams, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurts cereals (cornflakes, bran-flakes, granolas), apples & oranges, tea & coffee, fruit juices. We do keep a stock of Frosties and Coco-Pops for the kids, but we'll check with parents first before putting them out, in case you're trying to avoid the sugary-snacks.
Afternoon tea & cake Home made cakes, scones and buns. Favourites include lemon drizzle cake, red velvet cupcakes, and good old-fashioned scones with jam and cream.
Dinner We kick off with a fizz apéro, and there's three courses, followed by coffee (including de-caff if the regular stuff keeps you awake). We usually start the week with a local dish, and finish with an international flavour (apparently you can get 'cheesed out' in the mountains). Menu favourites include tartiflette, boeuf-bourguignon, and a thai red curry.
We take a lot of care to make sure our vegetarian food gets as much love and attention as our meaty plates. And we usually make some extra portions of the vegetarian option, in case there’s extra demand once the meat-eaters have clapped eyes on it…
