Concierge service

When you stay with us on a catered basis, our concierge service is included. We've made arrangements with various partners locally, so getting you all fixed up for a great time on the mountain is hassle-free. And we can make restaurant recommendations and reservations for you on our kitchen night off.

We have relationships with various local airport transfer companies and can organise transfers to/from Geneva airport for you. Pricing depends on the number of people travelling together, so please get in touch for quote.

Book your lift passes online and have them sent to the chalet, or we can collect them for you. Lift passes are all “hands-free'“ - you just put them in your jacket pocket and the barriers at the lifts read them remotely. Details of the different passes available are here, in English.

We have trusted local partners for both equipment delivery, and in-shop equipment hire. The delivery service means you can do ski fit, with a coffee (or glass of fizz) in hand, without ever leaving the chalet. You reserve online, and gear is delivered, along with the ski technician who sets up the skis and makes sure the boots fit. Alternatively, we can take you to a great ski hire shop in Morillon, en route to the ski lifts on your first day.
